Taziker Industrial makes the shortlist in the builder & engineer awards
Published 18th November 2015
Our Royal Albert Bridge refurbishment project has been shortlisted in the ‘Civil/Infrastructure Project of the Year’ category in the 12th annual Builder & Engineer Awards.
The iconic Royal Albert Bridge (1859) stands as testament to the engineering genius of lsambard Kingdom Brunel. Unique in design; it still carries the main line railway over the River Tamar between Devon and Cornwall. Our award entry outlined the importance of our refurbishment works to Brunel’s last engineering project; required to prevent ongoing, significant and expensive repair works.
The expert judging panel will decide the final winners which will be announced at the awards gala dinner on the 19th November 2015 at The Point, Lancashire County Cricket Ground.
