Gunning for success

This week Taziker Industrial staff based on the River Nene Bridge refurbishment project downed tools to join forces with sister company Network Scaffolding Contractors Ltd and fellow contractors BAM Nuttall, On-Site Services and QED in order to take part in a paintballing teamwork event.

Taziker Industrial Managing Director Graham Moor said “The exercise was not only enjoyable but also very useful. Skills we use on site every day such as planning, problem solving, effective communication and most importantly teamwork all came to the fore. Together Taziker Industrial and BAM Nuttall proved that we are more than capable of working as an efficient team, regardless of the situation and challenges we are presented with.”

Taziker Industrial are working in collaboration with BAM Nuttall to undertake scaffolding, encapsulation, steelwork repairs, grit blasting and painting on the River Nene rail bridge, which carries the East Coast Main Line in Peterborough. The works began in early 2013 and are expected to finish in early February 2015.
