Network Rail CP5 Framework Win

Taziker Industrial are proud to announce that after a lengthy pre-qualification and tender process, we have been awarded two multi-million pound frameworks of structural refurbishment schemes under Network Rail’s RCDP collaborative framework. Both frameworks will initially run for three years, with the option to extend them for a further two years, then a further one.

Taziker Industrial CEO Tom Taziker said “This is fantastic news for our business. It provides us with an extremely solid base off which to invest, build and plan for the future.”

The works fall into two routes: Scotland and LNE. The LNE route covers a large area spanning from the Scottish border to London along the east coast. This package is particularly significant to Taziker Industrial as we have only previously completed one project within the route as a principle contractor to Network Rail.

Taziker Industrial will be establishing an office in Glasgow from which the Scotland schemes will be run. To facilitate collaboration, this will be shared with Network Rail and fellow RCDP partner Story Contracting. Delivery of the first works will start in September with Glenury Viaduct. The 14 span wrought iron bridge is nearly 150 years old and requires major steelwork and masonry repairs as well as grit blasting and painting to all metallic elements of the structure. Work will begin to a further five structures in Scotland within the first year.
