Developing Our People
This benefit ensures continuous professional development of our people by providing 1:25 days training - 1 day training for every 25 days worked. As well as this, Taziker fully funds apprenticeships and CPD Courses, as well as support and fund professional qualifications and memberships.
Recognition and Rewards
To reward our people, we have an internal rewards and benefits platform, TAZIcare, which provides discounts to hundreds of stores online and in store. Employees also use this platform to send recognition to others via free eCards. Our pension scheme is a 5 employee : 4 employer contribution and is provided through a salary sacrifice scheme.
