Bristol Temple Meads Station Refurbishment - Christmas Blockade and Scaffolding Works

In an enormous effort of collaboration, the Bristol Temple Meads Station site team completed the Christmas blockade including installing 16 scaffold towers around the station.

Maxine Prydderch CEng MICE, Project Manager, Network Rail said, “We are pleased to have completed all planned work in both a safe and efficient manner over the 16 days period."

Katherine Primavesi , Project Manager, Taziker said, “One of the biggest challenges was working safely in regards to Covid-19. We had over 100 operatives onsite throughout the blockade. Through careful planning and risk mitigation, we were able to ensure all parties worked in a safe, efficient and socially distanced manner."
